Cervical Spondylosis and simple do it yourself exercises to do for remedy

There are so many remedies for cervical spondylosis problem but did you know that some of the best remedies can be found in your plant nursery. A good example to this is the presence of broccoli and other food high in juice. Fruits like apple, pear, singkamas and other stuff like that are also good for maintaining the presence of water in the body and in the ligaments and joints of the bone for which spondylosis is known to be of the same problem nature.

Otherwise, a recommended western medicine would have you undergo operation with a professional doctor. There are no literal medicines that you can use to remedy this illness. Natural pain remedies though may include avoiding salty foods and oily foods as well as those that contain high uric acid to prevent pain from seething through the bones and eventually to the brain.

When it comes to good exercise, there is optionally nothing better than a regular mild and easy do-it-yourself yoga exercise. Other than this one, you can do a 30-minute brisk walk or fast walk 2-3 times a day in the park or anywhere there is fresh air around. Never do it in the middle of the busy street.
